She was recommended to us by our broker after it was discovered that my tricky up and down financial history (the perils of being a filmmaker) would make getting a jumbo loan difficult. But Jessica swept in and, through a ton of helpful hand-holding, walked us through the process, and then through some next-level tactics and knowledge, found us the best loan that made sense for us. When we started our original loan we encountered insurmountable issues. It took several months to fund and close escrow. With her exemplary experience she resolved each issue and strategically set up the file and completed our funding and escrow. I was referred to Jessica back in 2016 while looking for a VA loan as I am a US Marine Vet. While meeting with Jessica at her offices, I grew extremely impatient seeing as I was supposed to be at work at that time. Although I had to leave abruptly, Jessica was extremely considerate and informed me and my wife that she could meet us anywhere I liked. This took a lot of stress off of me and allowed us to ultimately purchase our home in March of 2017. The whole time I felt as if I were doing her a favor but she informed me that she was honored to help us seeing as I had served in the U.S Marines. Well, 2 yrs later, rates dropped and I called her up to do an IRLLL for me. I told her that I had spoken with a couple of Certified Military Housing Specialists like herself but I did not feel the warmth and closeness that I did with her. To this day, we remain very good friends and she still calls to see if I need anything. Lastly, it took my wife years to get accustomed to some of my quirks, yet Jessica never flinched once and was just as kind and friendly the first day as she was on the last day of closing. I would definitely 100% recommend Jessica to any vet looking for a VA loan officer - not to mention the VA non allowable fees that were covered as a courtesy by the lender. To this day, my wife and I still remain good friends with Jessica - our VA Certified Military Housing Specialist!

Where do I begin? I refer to Jessica as my security blanket. She was exactly what we needed. After having a negative experience with a different lender the idea of starting the home loan process again was extremely scary and stressful to us. I was initially skeptical after our first meeting because I couldn’t believe how pleasant and transparent she was. I kept waiting for the catch, but it never came. She never changed from our first encounter simply because the person we first met is truly who she is.

As a first time home buyer, I was extremely nervous, lost and somewhat hesitant. I had a little bit of knowledge of what the process is and what it takes to purchase a home.
